I’m an Assistant Professor of Law at McGill University and an Affiliated Fellow at the Yale Law School Information Society Project.
I’m interested in how the law should adapt to technological change, with a focus on privacy and artificial intelligence. My current projects explore how to determine harm in privacy class actions and how to regulate information to prevent algorithmic discrimination.
You can find more information in my McGill bio and you can download my research on SSRN or Google Scholar. I tweet from @IgnacioCofone.
