I’m an Assistant Professor and Canada Research Chair in A.I. Law & Data Governance at McGill University, Faculty of Law. I'm also an Affiliated Fellow at the Yale Law School Information Society Project and direct the Privacy & A.I. Governance lab at McGill.
I work on privacy law, data governance, and A.I. policy.
My current projects explore how to evaluate privacy harm in private rights of action and how to use data governance to preempt A.I. discrimination.
You can find more information in my McGill bio and my research is available on SSRN and Google Scholar.
